Banana Honey Protein Balls
Who doesn't love a high protein snack you can take on the go?? These protein balls are full of flavour and all the good stuff!!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1 banana
- 2 scoops of banana protein powder
- 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- Pinch of salt
- Dark choc chips (optional)
Add ingredients to a blender or food processor (except the choc chips if using). Blend until combined.
If using the dark choc chips, add once combined and pulse a few times to combine.
Leave the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Roll mix into bite size balls and store in the fridge.
